Holistic coaching and gentle Qigong and Tai Chi for midlife and beyond.

Grounded support for stress relief, life transitions, and whole-person wellbeing.

In-person classes in Marietta/Kennesaw/Atlanta, GA.

Qigong & Tai Chi

My practice is rooted in Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi where the ancient wisdom of 10,000-year-old Sundo (sun-DOH) - Korean energy healing practices - are combined with modern mind-body methods to help you create lasting wellness.

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong or key-gong) is an ancient mind‑body practice from Chinese medicine and philosophy that uses gentle movement, breath, and awareness to cultivate your body’s natural life energy (Qi). It’s traditionally described in three main styles: medical, spiritual, and martial.Medical qigong focuses on health, vitality, and longevity, using simple movements and breath to support healing and overall well‑being.Spiritual qigong emphasizes inner stillness, presence, and subtle energy awareness.Martial qigong develops internal power, strength, and resilience to support martial arts training and physical performance.Tai Chi (pronounced TIE-chee) is a martial art that looks like “meditation in motion.” It uses slow, flowing, and controlled movements to build balance, coordination, and calm, making it especially supportive for adults who want better stability, confidence, and ease of movement. My Teaching Approach
My classes focus primarily on the medical and spiritual aspects of Qigong and includes some Tai Chi.
You’ll explore vital energy cultivation practices that blend:🟡 Gentle, active, and dynamic movements
🟡 Vibrations and shaking to release tension
🟡 Visualization and intention
🟡 Breathwork and simple meditation
These sessions are designed to help you ease stress, improve balance and mobility, soften stiffness, support your body’s natural healing, and restore your natural energy—at a pace that honors where you are now.

About Me

I grew up with a deep, lived connection to nature and real food. In Ohio, my dad’s work as a produce truck driver—and our family garden—meant we were always surrounded by fresh fruits and vegetables. Summers at my grandparents’ farm in rural Alabama were spent gathering eggs, feeding animals, and picking what we ate. Those early experiences rooted me in wholesome food and a lasting respect for my body and the natural world.Alongside this foundation, my own wellness journey - including a scoliosis diagnosis, uterine fibroid complications, and a persistent sinus issue that left me feeling anxious and unheard -led me to explore holistic approaches more deeply.Chiropractic care, nutrition shifts, acupuncture, and energy work reminded me that my body has its own wisdom. Qigong and Tai Chi deepened that understanding, showing me that healing is rarely just one thing. This path led me to expand my training in holistic health and Qigong, integrating them into my work as a career and life coach to support others more fully. For years, I supported people at crossroads - career changes, identity shifts, retirement, or simply feeling stuck - through conversation alone. It was effective, but I found the deepest shifts happened when people stopped trying to solve everything in their head and started listening to their body.In our work together, we settle your nervous system so your body feels safe enough to share what it knows. At the same time, we explore patterns, stories, and choices across your work life, health, relationships, and daily life - turning insight into practical next steps that result in change that's aligned with who you are and what you really want.I don’t believe in one right formula. I strongly believe in bio-individuality - how you're wired, your right path, shaped by your body, your season, and your values. To me, a well-lived life includes honest self-reflection, nourishing food, mindful movement, aligned choices, meaningful work, supportive relationships, and quality time in nature. In a fast-paced world, it’s easy to lose touch with your body and your true self. My role is to offer space, structure, and support so you can reconnect with your own wisdom and create a life that feels more “just right” than “just getting by.”
